A beautifully curated home both inside & out, our family took great delight in the energy of this space. Every room was filled with stunning detail & comfort— the bath tub! perfect pillows! a beautifully designed kitchen that helped to produce a delicious & nourishing family meal. Great location & amenities— we even stumbled upon Waneka Lake under the full moon just a few easy blocks away. It’s clear that Regina believes in & manifests good energy. Her home is a testament. The amenities - OH the amenities! We stayed for 4 nights and needed ANOTHER 4 nights to enjoy all that this place had to offer. But I surely tried: I took advantage of lunch outside in the gorgeous haven of a background. I used the kids toiletries for my kiddos. We made s'mores. I sunk into that bean bag chair at the end of a long day and just sighed in relief. The desks were perfect for working. Oh, and the kitchen is THE most well stocked kitchen we've ever seen. They thought of EVERYTHING. We were able to cook and make anything and everything we wanted. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is it, people. Regina and Jay have thought of every detail, the place is immaculately clean, there are labeled storage bins for every item your might ever need. Despite all of this organization and cleanliness, you feel as comfortable as you ever had in any home (even your own!). It is 100% cozy.....like a cup of tea on the couch with your favorite book after a long soak in a marble bath (and PS...there is actually a marble bath and bath salts and an extensive tea collection) I cannot recommend this place or the hosts enough. The time and effort put into organizing and providing for everything you would ever want in an AirBnB was amazing. We want the hosts to come organize our own house! The three bedrooms were very accommodating. The kitchen area and den had a great setup for entertaining. The downstairs sitting area was perfect for when one of us wanted to get away. The laundry facilities were top notch. We did not come at the right time of year to enjoy the back yard, but we can envision it being lovely in the summer. The neighborhood was very nice and super convenient to all Lafayette had to offer. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to the CU - Boulder campus, our main attraction. Even the annoying AirBNB tropes, like signs everywhere or specific rules, are kept to a minimum or done discreetly. The house is in a great walkable location - just one block from the main restaurant and shops area if Lafayette - but it’s always quiet, with almost no traffic sounds even at peak driving time.
